Based in Toronto, Amy leads delivery partner services on a major rail programme in Canada and works globally supporting large, complex infrastructure projects. She brings extensive UK experience from HS2, the Cabinet Office and the BBC, alongside her current international leadership role. Amy is also Chair of the Association for Project Management UK, with a strong focus on professional development, digital transformation and project leadership.

Sybil Tan
Group Director, Strategic Engagement, Building and Construction Authority Singapore
Sybil brings over twenty years of engineering industry experience across Singapore and the UK, combined with a decade in management consulting. A Chartered Civil Engineer and Certified Project Manager, her career spans rail, buildings, utilities and asset management. Sybil offers a unique perspective on best practice project delivery, investment strategy and the future of the built environment in Singapore and the wider region.
