Connected Leaders is a programme that brings together senior individuals from across the rail sector.
We build trusted networks, enhance the collective understanding that leaders need of our complex system, and work together on the challenges and opportunities facing us right now.
The programme creates space and time for people working at director level to build effective relationships across organizational divides. Everyone learns from the diverse experiences and perspectives in each cohort, thereby enhancing problem-solving and driving change.
