Silviya leads policy, research, and campaign strategy at Campaign for Better Transport, advocating for accessible, sustainable public transport. Formerly with the Centre for London think tank, she is an expert in policy engagement and local project delivery.

Managing Director, UK Regional Bus Division, Go Ahead Group
Martin oversees Go-Ahead’s extensive regional bus operations and serves as Chair of the Confederation of Passenger Transport. With over 30 years in the industry, he’s led UK and international expansion projects, including in Manchester, Singapore, and Ireland.
Janette Bell
Managing Director, First Bus
A driving force behind First Bus’s transition to electrification, Janette has overseen fleet and depot upgrades with over 600 electric buses now in service. Her impressive career spans senior roles at P&O Ferries, Hammerson plc, Centrica, and Tesco. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Grainger plc.
