SWiFT members recently joined us for an insightful evening with Sir Andrew Haines OBE, Chair of Department for Transport Operator Limited (DfTO) and one of the UK’s leading voices in transport leadership and infrastructure.
Sir Andrew shared reflections on rail modernisation, performance, sustainability and the future of reform, alongside his views on leadership in complex systems and the importance of collaboration across government and industry. The discussion also created space for open, thoughtful exchange, with SWiFT members contributing to a strong and engaging dialogue on how we can drive meaningful change across the sector.
Reflecting on the event, Sir Andrew said:
